Product Review: BCAA Powder (Fruit Punch)

One of the reasons why people quit exercising is because there body just gets too sore from their workouts. What is happening is that they aren't giving their body the proper length of time for their muscles to heal before they exercise again. There are some dietary supplements that can reduce your recovery time.

Last month, I was sent a container of BCAA Powder from Vitality Max Labs to test out and review. The retail price for one #BCAAPOWDER container costs $99, but it is currently listed for $26.99 on Amazon.com. Each 5.6oz container contains 30 servings (1 scoop).

The ingredients include:

L-Leucine - a dietary amino acid that stimulates muscle protein synthesis.

L-IsoLeucine -  an amino acid that only works when it is combined with L-Leucine or L-Valine.

L-Valine - an essential amino acid.

Final Thoughts:  The 8oz container arrived in perfect condition by UPS. It contains around 30 servings or scoops. All you have to do is mix one scoop of the powder with 8-10ozs of water in a shaker/bottle and shake it up. It was late on a Saturday afternoon last month when I first tried out the mix. I hadn't even realized I was a bit fatigued until after my sip; that's when I felt an energy boost. No, there's no caffeine in it, but it does contain L-Leucine, L-IsoLeucine and L-Valine.

Overall, I do like the BCAA Powder! It has a great fruit punch taste and it does help to reduce recovery time after a workout.

I received this product on a promotional discount for my honest review and they are 100% my own opinions. I received no compensation for this review and I am not required to give a positive review. I am also not associated with the seller in any way.
