Fitness & Coffee Sundays: Does Asian Ginseng Improve Athletic Endurance?

I believe I might have mentioned before that I like taking Ginseng supplements.

Typically, Ginseng is grown in Korea, Northern China or Eastern Siberia. However, it has can be found in some parts of the United States, in which the supplement version is called American Ginseng. It doesn't matter where the Ginseng is grown at as all the supplements generally have the same benefits.

Earlier this month, I was sent a bottle of Vita G Premium Korean Red Panax Ginseng to test out and review. Each bottle has 90 veggie capsules (45 servings) with 1000mg of Panax Ginseng (Root).

Ginseng has been known to improve athletic endurance, promotes sexual heath in both men and women, and supports overall mental health.

Final Thoughts: Ginseng is one of my favorite supplements to take for many reasons, but now of days it's mostly for helping me get back into shape. With a proper diet and exercising, you can see results from taking Ginseng.

This brand contains 90 veggie caps (45 servings) with 1000mg per serving.

Overall, I do like the Vita G Premium Korean Red Panax Ginseng. While I'm not really sure it is helping my workouts, I have seen an increase in my stamina.
