If you have seen the UPS, FedEx and the USPS deliver several packages every week to your neighbor's doorstep, there is a good chance that your neighbor might be a blog reviewer.

What exactly is a blog reviewer?

A blog reviewer is a person who gets free products from companies in exchange for their honest opinions. Being a blogger myself, I was intrigued to read 50 Things To Know About Getting Free Stuff To Review by Susan Kinchen.

The ebook is very short at 31 pages, but only 20 or 21 pages is actually related to the theme of the ebook. It is basically a list of 50 tips to help you become a blog reviewer, such as setting up your blog, writing posts that fit your specific niche, posting regularly and creating a media kit.

I guess the best way to kick off the week on a Monday morning is with a coffee review and as all my blog readers already know, I kinda need my morning cup(s) of coffee!

Now I have nothing against buying coffee grounds, but it doesn't taste as fresh as the coffee beans that I grind in my own kitchen. Recently, I was sent a complimentary bag of 100% Guatemala Arabica Whole Bean Coffee from Two Volcanoes Coffee to review in exchange for my honest thoughts. The 16 oz bag retails for $19.99.

The coffee is cultivated, processed and packed from San Marcos, Guatemala and is sold exclusive on Amazon.com. Guatemala is one of the top 10 places in the world where the best coffee is grown. Yes, the $19.99 price may seem a little steep at first, but it is a lot cheaper than other gourmet coffees that are sold in high-end coffee stores!

Guardians of the Galaxy was originally created by Arnold Drake and Gene Colan, which made its debuted at comic book stands with the 1969 issue of Marvel Super-Heroes #18! The second incarnation of Guardians of the Galaxy debuted in 2008 from creators  Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning, which is what the 2014 feature film is based on.

The film version centers on a young Peter Quill being abducted by a group of Space Pirates. Fast-forward 26 years, where Peter Quill (played by Chris Pratt) now goes by the name Star Lord and finds himself in a bit of trouble after trying to steal an orb that Korath (played by Djimon Hounsou) wants for his leader, Ronan the Accuser. He is tossed in a Nova Empire prison, along with the bounty hunters - the genetically engineered raccoon Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper) and the tree-like humanoid Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel) - and Gamora (played by Zoe Saldana), the assassin that tried to kill him.

Review:

Well, I have had fun this year reading the wonderful Quilts of Love series from Abingdon Press. Each book in the series is written by a different author(s) along with a fresh plot and new characters.

The newest release in the series is titled Swept Away and is coauthored by Laura V. Hilton & Cindy Loven. The novel centers on a school teacher, Sara Jane Morgan, who has to deal with her match-making grandmother. Her grandma is very crafty, as she uses an excuse to help Sara learn how to quilt, but in reality it was just a clever way to get her to come over and meet the single handyman, Drew Stevenson.

While Sara wasn't exactly looking for a romance, she is attracted to Drew and finds his passion as an artisan interesting. Just like most people today, she basically "Google" him and discovers that he has a troubling past that took place in the Appalachian Trail. She wants to ends things with him right there, but her feelings for him gives her the ability to find out what really happened to Drew.

My Answer:

Smelling the aroma of a freshly printed book. As for the story, I like it when there are unpredictable twists and turns in the plot.
