The Caffeinated Book Reviewer's Kimberly hosts a weekly meme called "The Sunday Post"! |
There will be no weekly tidbits this week. I'm too lazy to write them this time.
What Am I Currently Reading?
Fingers crossed! I'm planning on finally starting The Cabinet of Dr. Leng tonight. I'm on page 25 of Life is 10% What Happens to You and 90% How You React by Charles R. Swindoll. I placed a bookmark inside Star Trek: Prodigy: A Dangerous Trade by Cassandra Rose Clarke.

What's in the Mail?
Storm Watch by C.J. Box and Burner by Mark Greaney were two new ARCs that I received in the mail, though I wouldn't quite call them that as Storm Watch is already available and Burner will be out shortly.
I purchased Twins of Evil by Shaun Hutson, a novelization of an old Hammer picture, on eBay.
Over the week, my Hamilton Books order showed up. I purchased the books Three Weeks to Say Goodbye by C. J. Box; Blue Heaven by C. J. Box; Death of the Planet of the Apes by Andrew E.C. Gaska; Heart of Black Ice by Terry Goodkind; Aliens: Infiltrator by Weston Ochse; and The Complete Alien Collection: The Shadows Archive (Out of the Shadows by Tim Lebbon; Sea of Sorrows by James A. Moore; and River of Pain by Christopher Golden).
What's New on the Shelf?
Holy sh*t! My local Walmart stocked their book section. I bought The Island by Natasha Preston and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves: The Road to Neverwinter by Jaliegh Johnson.
Fresh books on my Kindle include The Orphan of Cemetery Hill by Hester Fox; Below Zero by C.J. Box; The Sum of All Fears by Tom Clancy; Star Trek: The Next Generation: Survivors by Jean Lorrah; and Star Trek: Voyager: Section 31: Shadows by Dean Wesley Smith.
I wouldn't mind reading some Star Trek
