  Billy's Answer

I had no idea what bibliotherapy was until I "googled" it. Yeah, I believe reading books is great for mental health. Personally, reading has always been a stress reliever for me. Now, I don't know if reading can emotionally heal someone. I need to read more on "book therapy" before I can give a more logical opinion on the subject.

  1. I guess I should've looked up the proper definition too. I took it as someone reading books to help them deal with things in life or whatever is troubling them. Ultimately I think it's the person's choice rather than it being something prescribed.

    1. Are the books really prescribed? I would rather have a book recommended to me than prescribed.

  3. Same, I didn't know what it was, had to look it up. And same, reading is great, just not sure how effective it is as therapy.
