  Billy's Answer

It really depends on how big of a gap there was in between novels. If there's been several years, then I'll probably attempt to reread the previous books first. However, if it's only been a year or so, then I'll skip the rereads and just read the newest installment.

  1. I rarely have the time to go back and re-read all the books. Even if it was just one or two! It's definitely become a problem over the years. It's why I take notes to recap all the bigger details and things to know so that I can read that before the next installment!

  2. Great point! If there has been a few year gap between books, I'd definitely reread to refresh myself!

  4. I am in minority here as I've decided not to reread any books just to refresh the memory, only if the book worth re-reading (say favorites), otherwise it is such a waste of time. Maybe I look through plot on wiki or something like that.

  5. Gap time definitely makes a difference! If I can binge read books, it's not as big of a deal!

  6. Well...no. Like Nicki, said time is a major factor.
