Bookends #7

What am I currently reading?

After finishing Alien Covenant: The Official Novelization by Alan Dean Foster last week (look for my review on here sometime this week), I had to squeeze in several reads for upcoming book tours, which includes The Captain's Daughter, Freedom's Price, and Under a Summer Sky. I also had time to finish reading the novella collection An Amish Summer.

Next, I'm finally going to start reading Royally Roma by Teri Wilson!

What am I reading next?

Most likely, I'm going to be reading The Enchantment of Emma Fletcher by L.D. Crichton next; followed by either Ties That Bind by Cindy Woodsmall or Ink And Bone by Rachel Caine.

Are there any new books on my bookshelves?

A lot of books arrived in the mail last week. From Bethany House, I received Dark Deception by Nancy Mehl, which is book two in the Defenders Of Justice series. I have yet to read book one in the series, but I do have a copy. I hope to read these two next month.

From Harvest House, is the historical romance My Daughter's Legacy by Mindy Starns Clark and Leslie Gould. I believe it's the third book in the Cousins of the Dove series. I haven't read the other two books, but I never find it much of a problem jumping right into a series.

From Waterbrook (aka Blogging For Books), is Ties That Bind, Fraying at the Edge, and Gathering the Threads, which are all part of The Amish of Summer Grove series by Cindy Woodsmall. If I recall correctly, I read Fraying at the Edge last year, but I have never read the other two.

Lastly, is Ink and Bone by Rachel Caine, part of The Great Library series, which I also received from Blogging For Books. It looks really good, so I might be reading this one very soon.
