This week's question is submitted by Elizabeth!

When you view someone's profile, what information do you like to see?

2. Enter the link to your post in the linky list below (enter your Blog Name and the direct link to your post answering this week’s question. Failure to do so will result in removal of your link).

3. Visit other blogs in the list and comment on their posts. Try to spend some time on the blogs reading other posts and possible become a new follower.  The purpose of the hop is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

My Answer:

It depends if it is a blogger profile or a G+ profile. I don't like it when your blog or website isn't listed on your blogger profile and all you have is a list of blogs you follow. This makes it difficult for me to locate your blog so I can either leave a comment or become a follower. For G+ profiles, I like it when all of your blog posts are available to the public, as it gives more exposure for your posts/reviews.

  1. I'm the same too, the first thing I look for is the website link in their blogger profile so I can pop over, without that you start to play detective lol x

  2. I had forgotten about that but it is so true. But sometimes they have four blogs listed and then I don't know which one is the one you want me go to! It's why I tend to link in my comments, so I can save people confusion if at all possible! Great topic, I hope you have a great weekend!

    1. That's why I link as well.

There is too much fun going on each week to have to "research" where someone's blog is. :)

  3. I find the Google+ profiles the most difficult to "hunt down" a blog and its owner. It might just be me, though.

I like to see the person's main blog and their first name in their profile.

    Have a great weekend.

    1. Well, I do have a G+ profile, but all my blog posts are listed on there, so anybody can easily find my blog.

    2. Some folks don't do that and I am bad at finding them. :)

      THANKS.

  4. I agree about not having to hunt for their blog. Always drives me crazy when I have to click on 4 or 5 links to find the active blog.

  5. I'll try to get to everyone's blogs sometime this weekend and leave a comment.

I would like to mentioned that I have started a Book Blog Pals forum, where we can share review requests that you receive with other bloggers at: http://w11.zetaboards.com/Book_Blog_Pals/index/

I receive way too many eBook requests every week and sadly I have to turn many of them down, but I like referring other bloggers to the review pitches.
