Review:

#1 New York Times bestselling vampyre series may be coming to a close next year, but you can grab a hold of the 11th installment of the series today with the release of Revealed: A House of Night Novel.

Despite falling to her death, Neferet has barely survived and is battling her own demons, Queen of Tsi Sgili, but she finds a way take back her mind and body, resulting in the death of a human - Tulsa's mayor!

After the murder, the residents of Tulsa blame the House of Nights for the mayor's death, which was clearly a vampyre attack. Our heroine, Zoey Redbird, and her pals knows that someone from the House of Nights is responsible. Things get worse when the police begin investigating and the entire area wants the House of Nights to pay for the crime.

Then, of course, the red fledgling Dallas is out to destroy Zoey and anyone associated with her, including Stevie Rae and Shaunee.

Even more trouble as Zoey is not feeling herself, she is more stressed and she's just feeling weird. If it isn't her constant boyfriend issues, then maybe it has something to do with Neferet being on the loose again.

A House of Night series is becoming one my favorite series to read, though I still haven't read the first few books yet, but I plan to someday. Tensions are high in the eleventh installment and time is running out for Zoey and her pals (Quite literally as the final book comes out in 2014!). Neferet may be evil, but ever since I read her prequel story Neferet’s Curse, I have started to love her character, even if she is a little wicked. At times Zoey comes off as a bit slutty to me with all her boyfriends, but I guess it is just the flaw of the character to make her seem more realistic. I don't want to give away any other spoilers, but there is another shocking death at the beginning of the book. Overall, Revealed is an exciting sequel from start to finish! It is not to be missed!
