Billy's Answer
I often find myself struggling to read for two main reasons: either I'm caught up in my daily responsibilities, or I'm simply not enjoying the book I'm currently reading. Sometimes, the book itself just doesn't grab my attention, and the best solution is to pick up a different one that I find more interesting.

I also find just picking up a different book helps with the typical reading slump...although being too busy with life can make that hard. Thank goodness for audiobooks! Have a great weekend. - Katie
ReplyDeleteFinding the time to read has been a problem for me. For example, I've been busy all week and didn't have time to read until Thanksgiving night, when I nearly read half a book.
DeleteI enjoyed thinking about how to cope with a reading slump. Doesn't happen to me very often but now I have strategies to help cope when it does.
ReplyDeleteSounds like good advice.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
I'm usually in the same boat too. I tend to take a break from reading if I get into a reading slump.
