  Billy's Answer

There has probably been at least one book I like that someone else didn't, though I can't say for sure. Now that I think about it, I reviewed a James Patterson book (I can't remember the title) and got some unpleasant comments from other readers who thought otherwise. As for the reverse, I haven't enjoyed many of V.C. Andrews' latest ghostwritten novels by Andrew Neiderman—even though I know some readers on Amazon and Goodreads liked them.

  1. It is amazing how fans can react when your opinion differs from theirs, isn't it?

  2. Fab question! Pride and Prejudice is one of the books I've mentioned on my post today. I didn't like it and can't understand the hype surrounding it!

  3. I always felt like every book is not for every one. We all have different tastes and opinions. So it never bothered me to love a book everyone else didn't or nearly loathed a book everyone loved. I know I probably had several books I loved that weren't of popular opinion, but I could really only think of one from memory for this question! Lol.

    Here's my BBH

  5. I like that torn page photo!! Pretty cool.

I haven't read Patterson for ages.

WHERE THE CRAWDADS SING is a book I am probably the only one who hasn't read it, but it wasn't something I could get interested in.
