No, I don't recall ever feeling "disoriented" at a bookstore. However, there have been moments when my thoughts wandered off into "book la la land"—which usually happens when I'm among books—and I lost track of time.

Oh yes, I've gotten lost in thoughts while being in my happy place in a bookstore. I have felt the occasional "disorientation" at some B&N stores, mainly when I am trying to figure out the layout. I visit a handful of them and there's always a few that have a different layout then the other!

I've been lost in time, lost in thought, and lost in terms of knowing where I was in relation to the exit and to the people I entered the bookstore with!
