What's in the Mailbox?
Recent books in the mail include the graphic novel Heart Eyes, the thriller Cold Pursuit, and the Gothic tale The Only One Left.
What's New on the Shelf?
A week or two ago, I bought Disappearance at Devil's Rock by Paul Tremblay, and on Friday, I grabbed Circle of Death by James Patterson and Brian Sitts. I almost didn't get the latter because I disliked the first "Shadow" reboot, but after glancing through the new one, I thought I would give it a chance.
Two weeks ago, I picked up three more paperbacks at the thrift store: Dracula by Bram Stoker, Coyote Waits by Tony Hillerman and The Cardinal of the Kremlin by Tom Clancy. Note: I own several copies of Dracula, and this one is weird-looking.
Last Monday, I got the Ellery Queen paperbacks at the thrift store: Mystery Mix, Dead Man's Tale, The Dragon's Teeth, The Siamese Twin Mystery, The Murderer is a Fox, and QBI. Also, I picked up a rough copy of Ian Fleming's Moonraker, The Changeling by A.E. van Vogt, and The Poseidon Adventure by Paul Gallico.
Nice new reads! Those are all new to me ones, except for Dracula of course! Though I've never seen that particular edition! Hope you enjoy all of the new reads!
