My Thoughts

Who would have guessed that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the Goosebumps books? God, I'm getting old. These novels first appeared while I was in fifth grade. Anyway, the newest Goosebumps book, "Slappy, Beware!" was released this week, and I had to order it, of course, as the Walmarts in my area don't stock Goosebumps books. It's a rare hardback special edition with illustrations (the first time in a Goosebumps). I hadn't intended to read it immediately, but after skimming a few pages, I think I'll give it a go, maybe this weekend.
