  Billy's Answer

Many factors come into play as to how long it takes me to write a review. It can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, all depending on my feelings about whatever I'm reviewing. If I'm not passionate about a book or author, my reviews tend to be shorter and straight to the point. However, if I have strong feelings about the book or author, my thoughts will be longer and more critical. Hence, it'll take me longer to write them.

  2. I guesstimated about 15-20 minutes myself. I take notes as I read about things that will help me remember what I was thinking/feeling, as well as plot points. It also doubles as my reminder for next year when the sequel comes out! Lol. I touch on things I liked and didn't like if applicable. I mention pacing, humor, romance, action if even just a line or two. I've always tried to write the reviews I want to read. That can be harder to do mid-series though, but still, I keep to that same method.

    Here's my BBH

    Have a GREAT day!

  3. Wow 3 hours is a long time, but then by the time I add in all the extras it can take me a while!
