Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer! |
Good Morning, Everyone!
I hope everyone is doing well this Sunday morning. Yes, I skipped the last few Sunday Posts because I was too lazy to write them. I would have had today's post written earlier, but I had to run some errands. There hasn't been too much going on in my life, besides my bad allergies. I got the J&J vaccine shot on April 10th, and there have been no side effects so far. The weather here has been weird, again. One day it's around 80, and the next day it's in the 40s. It's supposed to snow on either Monday or Tuesday. Once again, it's weird but not unheard of for Missouri.
What Am I Reading?
Due to my allergies, I haven't been reading as much. I need to finish reading Later by Stephen King, which I'll more than likely reread from the beginning. However, my next read will be The Hunger by Alma Katsu, a library ebook that expires on Wednesday. Then I will read another library loan - Walk in My Combat Boots by James Patterson.
Recent Reviews
The Mary Shelley Club
PG: Psycho Goreman
What's in the Mail?
Meant To Be by Jude Deveraux came out many weeks ago, but it took me forever to receive a copy from the publisher. My bookmark is in place, but I haven't gotten to it yet. I'll be tackling it after I read the library books.
Lionsgate Home Entertainment sent over the Ancient Aliens: Season 13 DVD for me to review. I've watched over half the season and will write a review for it later in the week.
What's New On the Bookshelf?
Recent titles on my Kindle are Star Trek: Garth of Izar by George Zebrowski and Pamela Sargent, Star Trek: No Time Like the Past by Greg Cox, Star Trek: DS9: Twist of Faith by S.D. Perry, David Weddle & Jeffery Lang, and Keith R.A. DeCandido, Star Trek: TNG: The Children of Hamlin by Carter Carmen, Star Trek: TNG: Armageddon's Arrow by Dayton Ward, Star Trek: TNG: Invasion: The Soldiers of Fear by Dean Wesley Smith & Kristine Kathryn Rusch, Star Trek: New Frontier: Books 1-4 by Peter David, Star Trek: New Frontier: Fire On High by Peter David.
I love this time of year except for the temp variations. Cold in the morning, warmer in the afternoon. It can feel like two different days. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the Evanescence song!
The Hunger looks awesome.
Yeah, I'm hearing we're supposed to maybe get snow on Tuesday. Missouri weather is the weirdest weather. LOL.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy your new reads!
