Billy's Thoughts:

While Avatar: The Last Airbender was popular with critics and viewers, the 2010 live-action flop left a bad taste in most fans' mouths. Luckily, the franchise has been saved the critically-acclaimed spin-off, The Legend of Korra, which debuted in 2012. The series is set 70 years after the original series and centers on a world that has been split into four separate nations - the (Northern and Southern) Water Tribes, the Air Nomads, the Earth Kingdom and the Fire Nation. A few humans and animals can blend the elements (water, air, earth and fire), but only one can blend all four together - the Avatar. Korra, a seventeen-year-old girl from the Southern Water Tribe, is the main character of the series, as she learns to blend all four elements.
The fourth and final season (book) is currently airing on Nickelodeon’s website and will conclude on December 19th. In meantime, fans can grab their hands on The Legend of Korra - Book Three: Change, featuring all 13 episodes from the third season. Bonus Features include 4 audio commentaries by the creators and crew and 4 "The Spirit of an Episode" Featurettes.

Episodes on the two-disc set are:

A Breath Of Fresh Air
Rebith
The Earth Children
In Harm's Way
The Metal Clan
Old Wounds
Original Airbenders
The Terror Within
The Stakeout
Love Live The Queen
The Ultimatum
Enter The Void
Venom Of The Red Lotus

With the injected steampunk vibe and great storytelling, the third season of The Legend of Korra are some of the best from the series. When the season originally aired during the summer, the ratings declined, forcing the show off television screens, but new episodes were still available online and of course now the entire season is available to own on DVD and Blu-ray. Overall, I have enjoyed watching The Legend of Korra - Book Three: Change and I recommend it to others!
