Honey Bee Hard Review

Some of you might have read a few of the male enhancement vitamin reviews that I'd posted earlier this year. Well, about a month ago, I was sent a can of Honey Bee Hard, which contains 6 single-serve viles.

Honey has been used for centuries as an aphrodisiac for both men and women. For men, it boosts their testosterone production and for women, it helps increase estrogen. It's also known to increase nitric oxide levels, which can aid not only in the bedroom but also in the gym as well as it can help your muscles recover from a workout faster.

Each Honey Bee Hard vile contains:

 Honey

Yohimbee Extract

Vitamin B

Yohimbee Extract comes from the bark of the African evergreen tree. It's know to help in lowering blood pressure, reducing body fat and  treats erectile dysfunction.

Vitamin B is an antioxidant that helps your body recover from free radicals. It also helps in several male problems including erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculations, low testosterone count and low sex drive.

Honestly, my expectations where low when I agreed to review the Honey Bee Hard, as I didn't think that taking a small amount of honey could increase my libido or energy levels. Please take note that I'm currently single and not in any sort of relationship, so I wasn't interested in taking this for any sexual enhancement, but instead I wanted to see if ot would give me a boost of energy during my workouts. I went by the directions and took one vile about 45 minutes before I exercised. I didn't notice any difference after the first dose. I waited a few days before trying it again and I saw a slight increase in my energy levels.  Overall, I'm not that impressed with the Honey Be Hard, but it's a little pricey for only six servings of honey. It would be cheaper just to take a male multivitamin and two tablespoons of honey daily.

*Disclaimer - I received a complimentary sample in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

PM-120 Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager Review

Whether you pulled a muscle on the job, in an accident, playing sports or from exercising, it can be painful. Yes, you could go to chiropractor, but it can be a bit expensive and not all medical insurances will cover it. Many people use muscle pain creams and gels to help temporary get rid of the pain, but there are other alternatives, including elector-therapy that will work.

About a month ago, I was sent the PM-120 Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager to test out and review. I've seen this type of device in stores, but I've never tried one before receiving this. I had been having some pain in back due to moving some heavy furniture that should have been picked up by three people instead of just me, so I was more than eager to try this out.

The PM-120 Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager retails for $149.95, but it's currently priced at $34.95 on Amazon.com. Made by Santamedical it features a small hand-held device (size of a MP3 Player) which has six auto modes (stimulation programs) and a pause button. It comes with 4 attachment pads, rechargeable battery and power adapter.

On average males should take in at least 56 grams of protein and females should taken in 43 grams of protein per day. If you are exercising on a regularly basis, then you're going to have to increase your protein intake to help build muscles and burn body fat.

The easiest and fastest way to get extra protein is through protein powders and shakes, which is bet taken before and/or after your workouts.

A few weeks ago, I was sent two packages (8.9 oz) of Organic Plant Protein from Garden of Life to test out and review. Available flavors are Smooth Chocolate, Smooth Almond Butter, Smooth Coffee, Smooth Energy and Smooth Vanilla!

Unlike many protein mixes, the Organic Plant Protein is grain free with a NON GMO Project Verified and a USDA Organic approved. It's has been gluten-free certified by NSF and is also has a Certified Vegan approval. It's free of diary, soy, harmful chemicals or artificial ingredients.

Creatine Monohydrate by Natura Formulas Review

I'm sure many people probably think the only way to gain muscle mass is to take illegal steroids that will due to damage to your body, but in reality there are healthier ways to get into shape.

One of most popular dietary supplement to use is creatine, a nitrogenous organic acid that is found in your vertebrates that supplies energy throughout your body. Creatine supplements became poplar in the 1990s and is used by athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers, etc..

A few weeks ago, I was sent a 500g (100 servings) container of Creatine Monohydrate by Natura Formulas. It's used to boost muscle growth, decrease muscle soreness and increase strength & power during your workouts. Each serving has 500mg per serving.

Zim's Max-Freeze Continuous Spray Review

You might recall me reviewing Zim's Max Freeze earlier this year. Well, now the same company has a Continuous Spray out to buy.

The spray formula can help give pain relief to your muscle and joints. It is greaseless and has a vanishing scent.

The ingredients include:

Organic Ilex
Aloe & Arnica
Vitamin E
Tea Tree Oil

Probably one of the biggest complaints of muscle & joint pain gels and creams is that even if you wash your hands after applying the gel/cream to your skin, it doesn't exactly get it off your hands. Now you don't ever have to worry about it again as you can just spray the Max-Freeze on your muscles and joint.

Maximum Power Review

If you're a male and over 30, like me, you might have a hard time gaining muscle and losing body fat as most likely your testosterone has started to decrease. While you can go to a doctor and get a prescription, it can be a bit costly and you're taking a risk of exposing yourself to unwanted side effects. Luckily for us there are many dietary supplements that work as a testosterone booster.

For the past few weeks, I've been taking two capsules of Maximum Power by Core Vitality daily. The supplement is manufactured in a  state-of-the-art GMP and FDA approved facility.

It has a mixture of Tongkat Ali, Maca (0.6% extract) L-Arginne and Ginseng Blend as well as 745mg of Core Vitality's proprietary blend.

The Proprietary Blend contains Sarsparilla, Pumpkin Seed Powder, Muira Puama Powder, Oat Straw, Nettle, Caynne Pepper, Astragalus, Catuaba Bark Powder, Licorice, Tribulus Terrestris, Orchid, Oyster Extract and Boron.

MCF Muscle Protein Review

While changing your eating habits and adding a bit of exercise into your daily routine might seem easy to most people, the one think that we sometimes over look is our protein intake.

Protein is the key ingredient in building muscles and burning body fat. You don't have to be lifting heavy weights to gain muscles as you can be using light weights or doing any intense workout program.

Your muscle fibers become torn during exercise and it takes time for them to recover. Ingesting extra protein before and/or after an workout can prevent muscle soreness and help your body recover from your workout faster.

I was recently sent a bottle of MCF (Mike Change Fitness) Muscle Protein to test out and review. Each 990 grams container has 30 servings (one scoop). Each serving has 120 calories, 22 grams of protein and 4.5 grams of carbs.

The ingredients include:

Muscle Protein Blend: Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides & Whe Protein Isolate

Digestive Enzyme Complex: Protease, Lactase, Bromelain, Asperigillus Niger & Aspergillus Oryzae

Other ingredients include: Cocoa Poweder, Natural & Arifical Flavors, Fibersol-2 (Maltodextrin), Sucrose, Sodium Chloride and Sucralose.

Enhanced Creatine Formula Review

You don't have to be a bodybuilder to want to lift weights as most us want to get into the best shape we can be. Using a dietary supplement, such as, such as creatine, nitric oxide and BCAA, can help your muscles recover from an intense workout.

A few weeks ago, I was sent a bottle of Enhanced Creatine Formula from Hyperion as well as a bottle of Fenugreek Complex (60 caps).

The Enhanced Creatine Formula is micronized and unflavored. It features 5g of creatine and 500mg of taurine in each scoop (60 scoops/servings per bottle). It's gluten-free, vegan friendly and made with all natural ingredients.

The Fenugreek Complex is an enhanced creatine uptake, featuring a low-carb formula. Each serving (60 per bottle) has 500mg of fenugreek, which will help optimize hormones and improve creatine uptake in your body. It's recommended to take one serving with the Enhanced Creatine Formula.

How exactly do you use the the Enhanced Creatine Formula?

Well, just mix a scoop of the creatine in with a protein shake or mix it in with your favorite juice as it needs a little bit of sugar to get the creatine into your system.

Getting the right amount of protein is an essential for your body, especially if you're exercising and lifting weights on a regular basis. During your workouts, you break and tear the muscle fibers in your body. In order for these fibers to be repaired, you need to consume extra protein, especially right after your workout.

A few weeks ago, I was sent a 1 serving (29g) packet of Everlast VP (Pro Vegan Protein Mix). Yes, this is the same Everlast company that makes the Boxing and MMA gloves and equipment. Everlast now has a line of nutrition products.

The Pro Vegan Protein Mix comes in a light vanilla flavor with 22g of protein per serving. It's dairy, gluten and sugar free. It uses a professional mix of yellow pea, rice and hemp proteins. It can be purchased in a 31 servings bag.

CRUSCH: Ultimate Tri-Phase Creatine Review

If you have ever been down the dietary supplement section in Walmart, then you've probably seen big containers of creatine (probably flavored) next to the whey protein. You might believe that you need to be a bodybuilder to use creatine, but the truth is that anybody looking to lose weight and gain muscle can benefit from taking it.

Several weeks ago, I received a 90 tablet bottle of CRUSCH: Ultimate Tri-Phase Creatine, which features 5,000 mg of creatine per serving (3 tablets). Typically, creatine comes in a fruit punch mix or has to be added to some sort of juice as sugar activate it. These tablets can be taken anywhere, but you still need to take it with juice or a high carbohydrate beverage.

What exactly is creatine?

Elite Man Multivitamins Review

While some studies suggest that multivitamins won't help boost a person's overall health, I happened to have a completely different opinion. Now I'm not a doctor, but I do believe that a multivitamin is an easy way to make sure you're getting the necessary daily vitamins and nutrients. If you are lifting weight, exercising or dieting regularly, then a multivitamin is a surefire way to boost your energy levels.

I've been taking a daily multivitamin for a few years now. Occasionally, I do switch brands as I like to try out new things. A few weeks ago, I was sent a bottle of Elite Man Multivitamins (90 tablets) to review. Just like other brands, the dietary supplement is meant to help you boost energy, increase stamina, improve your focus and promote proper digestion.

The ingredients include: Vitamin A, Vitmain C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitmain B2), Niacin, Vitmain B6, Folic Acid, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Maganese, Chromium, Molydenum, Chloride, Potassiu, Choline, Citrus Bioflavonid Peel Powder Complex, RNA, Inositol, PABA, Hesperidin Complex, Elite Green and Whole Foods Blend (Oat Straw Herb Extract, Oat Herb Powder, Wheat Grass Powder, Spirulina Algae Extract, Apple Pectin Powder, Chlorella Cracked, Cell Wall Powder, Barley Grass Powder, Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin), Elite Omega Oils Blend (Flax Seed Powder, Sunflower Oil Poweder, Borage Oil Powder), Elite Energy and Focus Blend (Echinacea Purpurea Herb Powder, Ginger Root Powder, Milk Thistle Seed Poweder, Cayenne Pepper Powder, Asian Ginseng Root Extract, Ginkgo Leaf Extract, Goldenseal Root Powder), Elite Liver Cleanse Blend (Garlic Blub Powder, Wheat Grass Powder, Beet Root Powder, Carrot Root Powder, Parsley Leaf Powder, Asparagus Root Powder, Broccoli Plant Powder, Cabbage Leaf Powder, Brussels Sprout Powder, Cauliflower Blub Powder, Collards Leaf Powder), Elite Detox Blend (Grapefruit Seed Extract, Apple Fruit Powder, Papaya Fruit Powder, Peach Fruit Powder, Starwberry Fruit Powder, Cabbage Plam Fruit Powder, Cranberry Fruit Poweder, Blueberry Fruit Powder, Biberry Fruit Powder, Pomegranate Fruit Extract, Pineapple Fruit Powder, Orange Fruit Powder, Noril Fruit Extract), Elite Immunity Blend (Shiitake Mushroom Extract, Maitake Mushroom Powder, Reishi Mushroom Extract), Elite Digestive Enzyme Blend (Betaine HCI, Bromelain, Papain, Amylase, Lipase, Cellulase, Protease), Elite Colon Probiotic Blend (Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Acidophillus) Rutin, Quercetin, L-Glutathione, DNA, Boron and Lutein.

Advanced Green Tea Extract Review

Though green tea is native to China and India, it is used all over the world for its many benefits, such as a digestion aid, to control bleeding & to heal wounds, increase brain function, lowers cholesterol and assists with weight loss. It's usually available as a herbal tea or as a dietary supplement.

Many people actually prefer to drink a cup of green tea over a cup of coffee due to the fact that it is extremely high in natural antioxidants and polyphenols, which help boost your immune system and defend your body against diseases & free radicals.

I've been trying to add at least one serving of green tea into my system daily just to give me that extra antioxidants boost. Now I'm not always in the mood to drink green tea, so a dietary supplement like Advanced Green Tea Extract from Zenwise Labs comes in handy.

Each bottle has 120 vegetarian capsules and one serving (1 capsule) contains 725mg of Green Tea and 60mg Vitamin C. It's free of gluten, wheat, egg, milk, peanuts, shellfish and soy. Zenwise Labs always uses all natural ingredients and is NSF & GMP certified. All of their products are cruelty-free and are made in the USA.

Unlike other brands, this protein powder is free of gluten, lactose, soy, whey concentrate, dextrose, maltodextrin, ion exchange whey and acid treated whey. Smooth Energy Clear Mind LiquidCaps Review

Blogging can be fun, but it can also be very stressful, especially when you have books, Blu-rays and products piled up that need to be reviewed. That being said, when I got a chance to review the Smooth Energy Clear Mind LiquidCaps, I instantly signed up to review it.

These LiquidCaps contains pharmaceutical grade pure enzyme fermented high absorption ginseng (Korean Panax Ginseng Extract - 134 mg). Ginseng is used to treat many different health issues including depression, hypertension, insomnia and mental stress.

The liquid is taken from unpeeled Ginseng roots without any high heat steaming, but instead a proprietary low heat vacuum extraction is used to extract all the nutrients (18 minerals, 7 essential and 8 non essential amino acids, etc.) from the plant. Unlike other brands, this "Fermented Ginseng" GS15-4 has 15 times more absorption power.

Getting In Shape The Right Way With BSN Products

Hopefully, everybody who had weight loss or getting into shape as their New Year's Resolution hasn't given up yet and is still working out several times a week, if not daily like I am. Actually, I'm ready to start Block 3 of P90X3 tomorrow. No matter what exercising routine (walking, jogging, etc.) or workout program you are currently doing, you need to make sure you get the proper nutrients, as your muscles are going be sore after any type of workout.

Protein is important for yours muscles to recover after an exercise. It is a scientific fact that muscle burns fat. So the faster your muscles recovers, the faster it can burn fat. Of course this doesn't occur over the night, but with a great workout routine and a healthy diet, protein and other supplements can help in achieving faster results.

There are many different brands of protein powders on the market, but I heard good things about BSN products, so I contacted the company and they nicely sent me a few complementary samples to review. The samples sent to me are: Syntha-6 - an ultra premium muscle protein powder (2.91 lb), N.O.-Xplode - advanced strength (2.48 lb), Amino-X - endurance & recovery agent (15.3oz) and a shaker.

Become More Sociable with Hypnosis

I've been a shy person for all of my life. I recall hiding behind my mother's leg when I was a little kid when strangers would approach. Throughout my elementary school years, I kept to myself and didn't speak much during class, resulting in me having no friends. Junior High and High School was even worse, resulting in me being bullied and lead me down a path of depression. My shyness has become better over the years, but I still have a problem being around crowds and being sociable around others.

Review - Enjoying Weight Loss

I hate the word "diet" as I have never been able to stay on one for very long. Over the last few months, I have added a daily exercise routine that doesn't bore me to death, but without a diet plan, I am only maintaining my weight instead of dropping those unwanted extra pounds. I need to do something to help me eat healthier.
