My Answer:

For the past sixteen years, I've immersed myself in the world of blogging, and the quest for that perfect balance—captivating my readers without revealing too much—remains an ongoing adventure. This year, I've been experimenting with my writing style with reviews, striving to strike that sweet spot. Instead of unraveling intricate plot details, I’m focusing on sharing my feelings about the story, the characters, and the themes. It’s all about highlighting what resonated with me while keeping just enough mystery to spark your curiosity!

  1. I feel like that's what I do for half my review and the other half I dive into the plot a wee bit. Never the whole thing of course, but to the amount that I would want to know about if I were reading a review about a book I was on the fence on.

  2. When I started reviewing in 2021 I wanted to make my reviews different and easy to do. I eventually came up with a template (mentioning the overall writing, the chapters, the characters and the settings) which I think is good and allows people to compare books without spoiling things.

    Have a great weekend!

I value the input of my readers and welcome their engagement. However, in order to maintain a constructive dialogue, I will be moderating comments to remove any spam, excessively critical remarks, or contributions that do not enhance the discussion. I appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to receiving your insightful feedback.
