Billy's Answer:

No, I don't care about the authors’ political views. If I did, I’d never pick up a Stephen King book, since he often shares some pretty out-there opinions on social media. Once someone reaches celebrity status, they tend to think everyone should share their beliefs and viewpoints. Thankfully, I’m not wired that way. If a book is well-written, I’ll read it. If the author has talent, I'll be back for their next book. For me, politics don't factor into my reading choices at all.

  1. I agree, unless their views are heavily infused in their books. I don't read those even if I agree with their views. I like my books to be politics-free. Have a great weekend. :)

  4. I try to have that attitude. It can be hard at times, however.
