  Billy's Answer

"Sharp Objects" by Gillian Flynn is an intense, creepy thriller oddly set in Missouri. (FYI: I'm from Missouri. ) It got adapted into an HBO limited series a few years ago. I have yet to read the author's other two books, Gone Girl and Dark Places, but I've heard similar things about them.

    1. Yes, I had the same problem. Guess I'm going to try Mister Linky's cookies remover tool and see if that fixes the problem for me. - Katie

  2. Ooh nice! I didn't know that the author was from MO or that this book was also set there. I'm in the St. Louis area myself. It's fun reading a book that takes place in an area you're familiar with, of course with creepy books it might have me wanting to move, but there you go. Lol.

  5. Sharp Objects is on my list. I read Gone Girl first and didn't find it as much as Sharp Objects. I haven't read any others.
