  Billy's Answer

I have clear memories of visiting a county public library as a child. I would pick up a new "free" bookmark on every visit. Unfortunately, the library I used to go to has closed down. My elementary school library had a good selection of middle-grade books that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, my high school library carried outdated fiction titles and encyclopedias. The library in my current town is decently sized and regularly adds new titles to its collection. I visit it a few times a month to browse through "free" books and sometimes even check out a book or two.

  1. I feel like I have the most memories of my elementary school library. Visits to the actual library were sporadic. But school library visits were somewhat regular, maybe every other week? I feel like the most joyful library memories come from that time!

  3. The library I attended as a child has closed too, but we have two in its place in different locations. Both aren't that large, but they do service both areas well.

  4. Libraries were huge in my childhood, and, actually still are. Would be lost without 'em
