{Sunday Post} — Daredevil, Longmire, and Star Trek: Discovery

The Caffeinated Book Reviewer's Kimberly hosts a weekly meme called "The Sunday Post"!

* Weekly Tidbits *

  • I had no plans to write a "Sunday Post," yet here I am, writing this post at almost midnight. Why didn't I want to write? I haven't felt the urge to write all weekend for some reason. I'm at a loss for words.

What Am I Currently Reading?

For my next read, I'm in the transitional stage. I need to read and review Jude Deveraux's My Heart Will Find You and Dayton's Star Trek: Discovery: Somewhere to Belong. However, I might not read these next. I'm considering reading Daughters of the Morning Star by Craig Johnson instead. I borrowed it and the book Hell and Back from the library. They're both Longmire novels, which I've never read. Also, I've never watched the television series.

Recent Reviews

Barbaric Vol. 1 & 2

What's in the Mailbox?

The only books in the mail were Star Trek: Discovery: Somewhere to Belong and the Barbaric graphic novels.

What's New on the Shelf?

I picked up more books at the thrift store: David Baldacci's The Camel Club, Randy Wayne White's Night Moves, and Tom Clancy's Every Man a Tiger.

Wait... there's more: Treasure of Khan by Clive Cussler and Dirk Cussler, Daredevil by Greg Cox, and Zane Grey's The Heritage of the Desert and Forlorn River.

New books on my Kindle are Fair Warning by Michael Connelly and Outer Banks: Lights Out by Alyssa Sheinmel.

  1. I watched a bit of Longmire. I didn't think it was bad. It's how I discovered Katee sackhoff who I then went on to see in like 15 different shows lol.

    Outer Banks I've seen on Netflix but haven't watched it.
