My favorite bookish memory is stepping inside a Barnes & Noble for the first time. I can still vividly smell the scent of freshly printed books and the sweet aroma of coffee beans from the café.

  1. I remember walking into a Barnes & Noble for the first time too. I was in absolute awe of just being surrounded by books. When I lived in Florida there was a Barnes & Noble just down the street from me so I was in there a lot.

    1. I was either 13 or 14 years old when I first visited a Barnes & Noble store. Sadly, that store closed earlier this year.
