I don't need a specific book to get into Halloween mode either! But it doesn't hurt that I'm reading a vampire book right now! Lol.

The answer to the question didn't have to be a scary book, it just had to be a book that got you in the mood for Halloween, such as Garfield's Halloween Adventure.
