Billy's Answer
Reading "The Shining" by Stephen King always gets me in the mood for Halloween. No, it's not set around All Hallows' Eve but it's really scary!

I don't need a specific book to get into Halloween mode either! But it doesn't hurt that I'm reading a vampire book right now! Lol.

Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
What's the title of the vampire book?
DeleteNo Stephen King for me.
ReplyDeleteAs you know, scary books aren't for me.
The answer to the question didn't have to be a scary book, it just had to be a book that got you in the mood for Halloween, such as Garfield's Halloween Adventure.
DeleteI'm a fan, too! Now following!
ReplyDeleteStephen King is a great writer.
DeleteFYI: Thanks for following!
I chose King too!
ReplyDeleteGreat pick!!
DeleteI'm pretty much always ready for Halloween, and I don't really need anything to get in the mood for it, so I chose a book I probably re-read most often around Halloween.
ReplyDeleteSound interesting. I'll make sure to stop by your blog to see which book you picked.
DeleteI don't really get into the mood for Halloween, so I don't have a book. Bah.
ReplyDeleteDo you have a favorite horror book?
DeleteGood pick! Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteThe Shining is a good choice, Greg. I don’t read a single book each and every Halloween but I am participating in a number of Halloween themed reading challenges this month.
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy your weekend. Here's my BBH Post
