  My Thoughts

Did anyone else read the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark when they were kids? The movie adaptation came out today in theatres and I'm attempting to reread the original books. I read the first one early in the week and I just started reading the second installment today.

    1. You've never heard of the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark books!! Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark was published in 1981, More Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark was published in 1984, and Scary Stories 3: More Tales to Chill Your Bones was published in 1991. The stories in these anthologies are retold folklores with creepy illustrations.

I genuinely cherish the thoughts and insights of my readers, and I wholeheartedly welcome your engagement. However, to foster a truly constructive dialogue, I’ll be keeping a careful eye on the comments section. This means I’ll be moderating to weed out any spammy detritus, overly harsh critiques, or contributions that don’t add anything meaningful to the conversation. Think of it as my little corner of the internet—a space where everyone can share their perspectives without the noise. Let’s make this a place where ideas can flourish and grow, rather than wither away in the shadows of irrelevance.
