Zonderkidz; 30 pages; $9.99; Amazon

Now available to own just in time for Easter is the board book Princess Prayers, which is part of the "The Princess Parables" series, written by Crystal Bowman, who was inspired by the series original authors Jeanna Young & Jacqueline Johnson. Illustrations are by Omar Aranda.

The description on the back of the book reads:

"Every Little girl is a princess. Princess Prayers includes fifteen sweet prayers for little girls who want to live like a princesses for God their King."

Final Thoughts

Reviewing a 30-page prayer books isn't an easy task to accomplish, as there is no actual story, just fifteen short prayers aimed at a young girls. The picture of the cover art on here doesn't give the it justice as the pink is more "pink" and less purple, and there is sparkling glitter all over it. Each and every prayer (fifteen total) is cleverly written and fits in the princess theme. At the bottom of each prayer page is a one Bible verse. The page next to each prayer features a full "Princess Parables" illustration by Omar Aranda.

The prayers in the book are:

"My Morning Prayer"
"Be Glad"
 "God's Beauty"
"Pretty Flowers"
"Happy Times"
"When I'm Afraid"
"God's Love"
"I'm Sorry"
"God's Riches"
"Keep Me Safe"
"Forever and Ever"
"God Made It All"
"Praise the Lord"
"Near to God"
"My Nighttime Prayer"

Overall, Princess Prayers is an adorable little prayer book that would make a great gift for any princess.
