Review - Sports Clothing Made From Water Bottles

*This is a sponsored review. All opinions are 100% mine.

I hate to admit this, but I know absolutely nothing about athletic clothing. When I exercise, I normally wear just pair of old sleep pants; which might not be stylish to some, but it works for me. However, one of my goals for this year is to either start walking or jogging around town; and I would rather not be wearing my old sleep pants.

While coming up with new products to review, I was approached by Infinite Clothing to test out one of their activewear clothes.

What makes their activewear different from other brands?

Well, for starters all their clothes are made from water bottles (upcycled plastics). Each clothing is made from highly breathable, lightweight fabrics, which will help it not to retrain moisture (water or sweat). Many brands use polyester (derived from crude oil) in their performance clothing, which can be harmful to your body. Wearing clothes that are made from upcycled plastics is a more healthier choice. Plus, it's better for the environment.

By now you're probably wondering what Infinite Clothing product did I choose to review. Well, it was an easy decision as the company has shorts, tees (short & long sleeved) and pants for men. For women, the company has tights, capris, yoga pants, tees and a jacket. I ended up picking out the Men's Lounge-Around Pants. It comes in three different colors - Turquoise & Black Heather, Charcoal & Black Heather, and Navy & Grey Heather, and is available in four sizes (M, L, XL, XXL). I was sent the Turquoise & Black Heather and Charcoal & Black Heather pants.

The pants are made from AthleisureFLEX (upcycled plastics fibers), a shape-retention fabric, it has 360° expansion and will compress to the muscles and curves of your body. The fabrics contain 89% microfiber polyester and 11% Spandex®.

Final Thoughts: Typically, I wear a medium size in regular sleep/lounge pants, so I went with the large size for these, which I'm glad that I did as the the medium size would have probably been too short for me. The fabric has a soft, lightweight feel. The 11% Spandex® gives the fabric plenty of flexibility. Each pair has two deep side pockets. The draw cord is located inside the waistline.

These are great to wear during a workout, a jog (I'm guessing, since I haven't started jogging yet) or just around the house. The fabric absorbs sweat pretty quickly, so there is no need to wash the pants after every use. However when you do wash them, use only cold water and do not iron. Overall, I'm impressed with the Men's Lounge-Around Pants as both pairs fit perfectly on me.

The Men's Lounge-Around Pants retail at $90 and be purchased at: www.infinite.clothing/product/mens-lounge-around-pants/
