Probably one of the biggest complaints of muscle & joint pain gels and creams is that even if you wash your hands after applying the gel/cream to your skin, it doesn't exactly get it off your hands. I exercise for at least 30 minutes per day, so I do occasionally have muscle and joint pain. For the last few weeks, I've been fixing the damaged basement floors (a bedroom and living/family room), so I've been extra sorer than usual.
