I'm sure many people probably think the only way to gain muscle mass is to take illegal steroids that will due to damage to your body, but in reality there are healthier ways to get into shape.
One of most popular dietary supplement to use is creatine, a nitrogenous organic acid that is found in your vertebrates that supplies energy throughout your body. Creatine supplements became poplar in the 1990s and is used by athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers, etc..
A few weeks ago, I was sent a 500g (100 servings) container of Creatine Monohydrate by Natura Formulas. It's used to boost muscle growth, decrease muscle soreness and increase strength & power during your workouts. Each serving has 500mg per serving.
Creatine is something that I've been using on and off for the last three months. It's best to start with a loading stage of by taking 1 scoop with 8oz of water three times a day (morning, afternoon, evening) and an additional scoop before going to bed for five days. After that, you can take 1 scoop daily with a meal or directly after a workout. You need to drink a lot of water throughout the day (around 2 litters of water) to avoid dehydration.
Unlike other brands that I've used, this creatine blends really well with water. It seems to absorb into my body pretty quickly after my workouts as my body doesn't feel as sore, especially after the days I was moving furniture and working on the flooring in the basement. Overall, I do like the Creatine Monohydrate by Natura Formulas.
You can purchase the Creatine Monohydrate on Amazon.com currently for $21.95!
