This is a neat little kit that every green tea lover should have. It's very simple to use. Just pour a 1/2 teaspoon or less of the matcha into the ceramic bowl along with a little bit of hot (it can be boiling) water. Whisk until smooth and let set for a few minutes. Pour the mixture into a mug or glass and add hot or cold water or milk along with a sweetener of your choice. Trust me, it tastes great!
