Organic Matcha Culinary Green Tea Powder Review

If you're one of my regular blog readers, then you've probably noticed I just reviewed a green tea dietary supplement today and are probably wondering why I'm wondering why I'm reviewing another green tea product. Well, the truth is that I love green tea just as much as coffee and I will review any type of green tea product that comes my way.

A few days ago I received the 4oz bag of Organic Matcha Culinary Green Tea Powder! As you might already know, green tea is high in antioxidants (1,300), which is good for your body.

Some of the benefits of drinking this green tea powder are:

Enhanced Focus & Memory
Fat Blocker & Calorie Burner
Stimulates Metabolism
Jitter-Free Organic Energy
High in L-Theanine

Trust me on this - a little bit of of this green tea goes a long way. Whether you are using this for baking, a protein shake, a green smoothie or a latte, you only need a teaspoon or less for one cup as any more will be a little too bitter, though this brand isn't as bitter as others I have tried in the past. I haven't tried making a smoothie, latte or baking something with green tea in it. Instead I just mix a teaspoon in one cup of hot water and add a sugar-free sweetener to it. It tastes great and really gives me that extra kick I need in the late afternoons. Overall, I have enjoyed trying out the Organic Matcha Culinary Green Tea Powder. I'm going to try and make a habit of drinking at least one cup of green tea a day this year.
