This year I wanted to include a few products that have an actual Christmas theme. There is nothing more that screams out Christmas than a snowman and I have plenty of family members whomlove collecting anything that is snowmen related. I contacted Oriental Trading and they kindly sent me the Plush Mr & Mrs. Softly The Snowman Set, which features the Softy the Snowman and the Plush Mrs. Softy You Melt My Heart. 

The Softy the Snowman, which can be purchased separately, measures 12"H x 13"W. It has the printed saying, "Families are forever because love never melts." It also features a black top hat and a striped scarf. It is constructed well, but it isn't as wide or "fluffy" as the picture on the website has it to be. 

The Plush Mrs. Softy You Melt My Heart, which can be purchased separately, measures 12" x 10 and has the saying, "You melt my heart," printed on it. Mrs. Softy is wearing a vest, a black scarf and a red hat. She is holding a heart.

As I already mentioned, the Softy the Snowman isn't as "full" as he is in the picture on Oriental Trading, but typically products never look the same as they do out of the box, so it doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I think Softy the Snowman is an adorable flush!

I didn't notice any problems with Mrs. Softy until I doubled checked the one that was sent to me and I noticed a tan discoloration on the seams of one of the arm (as you can see in the picture) and the seams on the side of the face. I'm not for sure if this is actual discoloration or if it is on there on purpose as part of the design. Either way, it doesn't bother too much. Also, similar to the Softly the Snowman, Mrs. Softy isn't as "full" as it is in the picture on the website. 

Despite from a little nit-picking, overall, I still like the Plush Mr & Mrs. Softly The Snowman Set. It would look great as a centerpiece on your table or it could even look great sitting in front of your Christmas tree this holiday season.
