Join Rascal and his adventurous bunny family in My Hare Line and the Hat.

About the Author:

Patsy M. Henry is newly retired, having worked twenty-five years in banking and eight years as an office manager. Her goals for retirement were to take better care of herself and to write. The first goal was easy to slip into. The second goal has been both challenging and rewarding. She had been encouraged to write by family and friends who told her that she missed her calling. It came naturally for her to write about her newfound love for her rabbits first. The author of My Hare Line Meets the Brown Rabbit is from a large family that gets together often. Patsy and her husband, Jerry, live in Bainbridge, Georgia where they are active members of First Baptist Church. They enjoy spending time in to the mountains. They have two grown sons and four grandchildren.

Review:

I received many different pitches from great companies for this Easter Gift Guide, but none of them had an actually Easter feel to them, except the pitch I received for the children picture book series, My Hare Line written by Patsy M. Henry, which features real photos taken by the author. The book series follows the lives and adventures of pet rabbits.

The fourth book in the series is titled, My Hare Line and the Hat and has the rabbits in turmoil, as a tree has fallen and knocked down part of the fence. A young rabbit named Rascal is worried that some of the rabbits might wondered away from their home after the fence was damaged.

Rascal seeks advice from Aunt Paula Rabbit, who tells him a few tales about a rabbit that left the fence and became a circus rabbit. Then she tells Rascal a more personal story about the dangers outside the fence and a story about the six miracle bunnies.

My Hare Line and the Hat is a heartwarming picture book for children with great photos that tie-in with the story. Readers will enjoy reading about these adorable characters. My Hare Line and the Hat, as well as book 1-3, will make a great Easter gift.
