I wish there was such a thing as a real time machine (like the car in the Back to the Future movies), so I can skip over the winter months completely and land somewhere at the beginning of spring. There is currently between eight to ten inches of snow on the ground, which is the third or fourth winter blast to hit my area in two months, and I'm sick of all the cold weather.
I'm also not too fond of the hot summer weather either, but I do love weather in the spring and fall months. During springtime, I like to sit outside on the deck with a cup coffee, read a book and enjoy the sound of the birds chirping. Though I live in town, I still like to plant a few vegetable plants in the flower garden, but this year I would to have a small garden behind the tool shed, which has seen better days. It would be nice to own a few Gubba Garden Sheds, but the yard isn't big enough.
Until spring officially arrives, I guess I will have to tolerate the cold weather a bit longer. I know other people who hate the cold travel to warmer locations in Smart Motor Homes, but I don't own one. Plus, I'm not too fond of driving in the first place; I blame my anxiety for that problem.
In the meantime, I'm trying to avoid going outside, well at least until the snow melts away, as much as possible. Maybe, I'll make a cup of coffee, relax in one of the Cuddle Buddies Bean Bags, cover up with the blue plush I received for Christmas and watch a Three Stooges movies (not the recent remake, but the ones with Curly Joe).
