Pumpkin Madness by Melissa Stagi-Zepeda

Pumpkin Madness

the pumpkins lived in fear.

Slicing, maiming, wrenching their guts,

Blood stained the sidewalk, splattered with brain,

I'll never look at a pumpkin the same way again.
