Everything You Need to Know About the Boston Red Sox Team

The Boston Red Sox is a franchise with exciting history. In 1912, they won the pennant and went on to win the World Series. After a terrible 2012 season, the Red Sox regrouped and returned to the World Series. In six games, they beat the Cardinals to win their eighth World Series title. The following year, the team went on a steep fall and lost 91 games.

{Sunday Post} - Midnight's Budding Morrow, Shadows Reel, and The Vampire Diaries

Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer!

Good Afternoon, Everyone!

This morning, I bought The Vampire Diaries: Salvation trilogy for $2.97 on Kindle. It's the only book in the canonical series that I didn't own. No, I'm not referring to the 2009-2017 series. I'm talking about the original YA novel series that began in 1991 with The Awakening by author L. J. Smith. Two sequels (The Struggle and The Fury) came out in 1991, and the fourth and final volume, Dark Reunion, was published in 1992. Well, it wasn't the final nail in the coffin.

{Sunday Post} - 22 Seconds, Rise Like Lions, and Top Gun

Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer!

Good Morning, Everyone!

  • Depression likes to sneak up on you when you least expect it and ruin your week. In my case, it's been two weeks.
  • It might sound like a broken record, but new reviews are coming soon.
  • Tip: Don't watch true-crime Youtubers late at night. I now sleep with one eye open. LOL!
  • The first two episodes of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds are good.
  • I binge-watched Candy on Hulu
  • The Kansas City Royals are still losing. Their record is 11-20.
  • I watched Top Gun for the first time in twenty-five-odd years. Please, someone, tell me, what is the point of Kelly McGillis's "Charlie" character. She's only there for Tom Cruise to bed. Wouldn't the movie still play out the same way without her? Then again, if the "Charlie" subplot weren't there, we wouldn't have gotten Berlin's Take My Breath Away

What Am I Reading?

I didn't read much over the last two weeks. Currently, I'm on chapter 16 in Death of the Black Widow by James Patterson and J.D. Barker. Whenever I finish it, I want to return to Dune.
