My Answer: 

   I use a Wizard Of Oz book marker that I bought at a thrift store a few years back.

On average males should take in at least 56 grams of protein and females should taken in 43 grams of protein per day. If you are exercising on a regularly basis, then you're going to have to increase your protein intake to help build muscles and burn body fat.

The easiest and fastest way to get extra protein is through protein powders and shakes, which is bet taken before and/or after your workouts.

While last year's X-Men: Days Of Future Past was a critical and box-office success, many fans were disappointed that the scenes with the character Rogue (played by Anna Paquin) was edited out, except for a brief cameo at the film's ending. Yes, there have been dozen of mail-order-bride romance novels written over the last few years and for some reason these types of books appeal to me, so here I am writing the review for A Bride At Last.

The book centers on Silas Jonesey, a former orphan who is trying his best to start a life that he can call his own. Now a farmer, he was looking forward to starting a family with his mail-order-bride, but she leaves him after only seven months. For the next ten years, he has shut his heart off and has no plans of ever falling in love again. Out-of-nowhere, he receives a message from his ex about him possibly being the father of her son.

After her mail-order-bride experience went wrong, Kate Dawson has become a schoolteacher. After the mother of one of her student's (Anthony) dies, Kate decides to take the boy in that is until two men (Silas Jonesey and Richard Fitzgerald) arrive in town, both claiming to be the boy's birth father.

While Silas awaits to prove his paternity in court, Silas sees how much Kate loves Anthony, so he asks her to help him with the boy. Of course this is a romance novel, so sparks quickly erupts between Silas and Kate.

You might recall me reviewing The Whispers On The Moors Trilogy on here awhile back by Sarah E. Ladd. Well, the author has released her newest work - The Curiosity Keeper, the first book in A Treasures of Surrey series.


Set in London England in 1812, The Curiosity Keeper centers on Camille Iverness, a young woman who has helped her father run the Iverness Curiosity Shop ever since her mother abandoned them. This isn't your typical shop as it carries unusual items. Her father has gotten himself into some trouble by cheating a few of his loyal customers.

Jonathan Gilchrist only wanted to have a simple life working as a village apothecary, but that all changed when his brother died and left him to the Kettering Hall. Most people would be thrilled to inherit an estate, but his late father's actions have left him a tough situation, which leads him to seek out the sale of a priceless ruby called the Bevoy. 

After Sarah is injured when an intruder breaks into the store, she soon crosses path with Jonathan, forever changing her life and his as well.
