Billy's Answer
I never cared much for book-to-book comparison quotes on book covers because all it is is advertising. You read the quote, buy the book, and are most likely disappointed with it because it had nothing to do with whatever book it got compared with. However, those cover quotes will get my attention every single time, and I'll pick the book up and read the blurb; if I don't like the blurb, I won't buy the book.

I will only get a book if I like the blurb. Everything else just highlights the book to me.

So I was thinking something completely different for the prompt than what you answered. Awkward. Have a wonderful weekend. - Katie
ReplyDeleteAlthough books do have some similarities, they are each unique. Have a wonderful weekend. :)
