Billy's Answer
I can't think of a single book or character that meets the bill. However, for me, reading in general improves mental clarity. It more or less distracts me from my life's cares and problems.

I definitely feel like reading is a good way to cope with life's challenges. Have a great weekend. :)
ReplyDeleteReading absolutely helps cope with the struggles of daily life! One book that wasn't necessarily enlightening or comforting,, but that I thought did a good job with its treatment of an autistic main character, was Unseelie by Ivelisse Housman.
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree about that! I love reading to escape my reality and problems. They'll still be there when I'm done, but the escape is nice for a few hours!
ReplyDeleteHere's my BBH
Have a GREAT day!
