Billy's Answer
Probably way too long for what is needed. I get distracted way too easily, so as of late, it takes a bit longer to write a review. Every review is different; it might take me fifteen minutes or an hour to write a review. It all depends on the genre and how passionate I feel about the book.

There's definitely a bit of a difference in time when it comes to my enjoyment level. I would say in general though mine take about 30 minutes.

Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
I also fluctuate, depending on genre etc. but especially when it's a book that's challenged me, or if there are potential spoilers I want to avoid but somehow address, then it can take some time. Like, with thriller or horror books, I want to address some of the themes, maybe, without giving away what happens, and then I spent ages figuring out how to share what xD Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a lovely weekend :)
ReplyDeleteJuli @ A Universe in Words
I try to focus on writing immediately after finishing a book, and I try to write quickly so I can put down all my first thoughts.
ReplyDeleteI get distracted too. And I also think that I overthink it sometimes. I then take a step back and say it is what it is 🤣
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

I write mine as soon as I am done with the book as it is fresh in my mind. Have an awesome weekend, Billy!
ReplyDeleteI am just like you and depending on the book as well as other stuff, my review time covers a wide range :)
ReplyDeleteI agree - some reviews take a lot longer than others!
ReplyDeleteI keep going over what I wrote too, but I actually write the review as I am reading. That makes it a lot easier.
ReplyDeleteI'm so envious of all the experienced bloggers who can write their reviews so fast! It takes me so long right now, but i'm working on getting faster :)
