I had all intentions of having this post written and published early this morning. But thanks to other responsibilities beyond my control, I didn't have time to do so until after 3 PM. So this is more of an afternoon post than a morning one.
For those of you who aren't already aware of this, Google will close down their Feedburner email subscriptions on July 1st, which means all subscribers will no longer get notifications about new posts on my blog via email. I've already made the switch to 'follow.it' - the free version! I have the old Feedburner subscription emails downloaded, but I can only add 100 emails to the new 'free' service. If you want to stay an email subscriber, then you need to sign up for the new service in the sidebar. Thank you! I do appreciate it.
Out of pure boredom last night, I made a new Amazon Wishlist at https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2T0JDI8J6R5W8, for anyone who wants to send me a gift for my 40th birthday on September 7th. Please let me state that nobody needs to send me anything at all. The only reason why I'm sharing the link is that a few friends wanted to know what to get me.
I apologize if this post seems a bit short, but there are other things that I need to attend to this afternoon. Hopefully, I can kick my butt into gear and get some reviews and other posts written this week.
