  My Thoughts

The Tinderbox arrived in the mail a few days ago courtesy of Bethany House Publishers. It's been awhile since I've read a Amish tale by Beverly Lewis, so I'll probably be reading this one next. Actually, I might even read it over the weekend.

    1. Beverly Lewis is a great writer. If you ever decide to read one of her books, I would recommend starting with The Shunning, book one in The Heritage of Lancaster County series.

  3. I love Amish fiction and I have read something by Lewis previously, though in an anthology. I think I would like this one. :-) Happy Easter weekend!

    1. The first Amish fiction I had ever read was by Beverly Lewis. It was The Covenant, book one in the Abram's Daughter series.

  4. I like the setting but haven't heard of the author. Today I am spotlighting Spellslinger by Sebastien De Castell. Happy reading!

  5. I haven't read much Amish fiction, and have to admit I didn't know if I'd like it, but I was pleasantly surprised.

    Happy Good Friday, Billy!
