There are 10 servings (scoop) per container and each serving has only 35 calories. There are no sugars or fats in it. The powder contains 819mg of Calcium (from BHB Salt), 175mg of Sodium (from Sodium BHB Salt), 250mg of Stevia Extract, and 11,700mg of Ketone Fuel Intricate (Calcium Beta-Hydroxybutyrate, Sodium Beta-Hydroxybutyrate). There are no caffeine or stimulants in it.
Yes, I believe the price tag is a little expensive for it, but HealthyWiser did send me a complimentary bottle to test out. Plus, if the supplement can help a person stay on a fast, then I guess it is worth the price. I knew I wasn't going to have time to test out the entire container before this post deadline, but I did try one serving.
The directions states that you can either mix the powder in a 6 ounces of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. I don't think the lemon-lime flavor would taste very good mixed with milk, so I just used water.
What did it tastes like?
Well, it has a strong and salty lemon-lime flavor, like it's supposed to be.
Since I'm saving the rest of the bottle for when I go on a fast (either this weekend or next week), I'm not going to rate the Keto Fast just yet.
