RAW MEAL Organic Vanilla Spiced Chai Review

I was feeling a little sluggish earlier tonight. Knowing that I had several things to work on, I almost thought about making a pot of coffee, but then I didn't  do it as I don't want to "stay up" literally all night. Then it dawned on me that I have two containers of RAW MEAL from Garden of Life that I haven't reviewed yet.

So, I grabbed the 16 oz container of RAW MEAL Organic Vanilla Spiced Chai, scooped one serving of the meal replacement and mixed it in a shaker with 8 oz of water.

While the RAW MEAL Organic Vanilla Spiced Chai has been around for awhile, the Garden of Life company recently changed the recipe to give it 15% more protein with 45 super foods and it now only has 1g of sugar per serving. There is no junk ingredients, such as gluten, soy, dairy, added sugars, artificial flavors and sweeteners. It's been NON-GMO VERIFIED.

I'm not going to go into every vitamin or mineral that was listed on the label, but I will mention that it has 1.5B Live Probiotics, plus Enzymes, 12 Whole Food Vitamins & Minerals and 5g of Organic Fiber. While I'm not a big fan anything with a Chai flavor, I did like the taste of organic shake. If you mix it really well, then the mixture won't be grainy and it'll have a smoother taste. The taste reminds me of egg nog (minus the rum). Overall, I do like the RAW MEAL Organic Vanilla Spiced Chai!
