If you have ever been down the dietary supplement
section in Walmart, then you've probably seen big containers of
creatine (probably flavored) next to the whey protein. You might
believe that you need to be a bodybuilder to use creatine, but the
truth is that anybody looking to lose weight and gain muscle can
benefit from taking it.
Several weeks ago, I received a 90 tablet bottle of
CRUSCH: Ultimate Tri-Phase Creatine, which features 5,000 mg of
creatine per serving (3 tablets). Typically, creatine comes in a
fruit punch mix or has to be added to some sort of juice as sugar
activate it. These tablets can be taken anywhere, but you still need to
take it with juice or a high carbohydrate beverage.
Well, creatine helps create the production of Adenosine
Triphosphate (ATP), which is a high-energy molecule that is
kick-started by the muscle fiber during exercise. ATP levels can
decrease during your workouts, which leave your muscles fatigued.
Adding creatine to your body will help improve stamina and decrease
recovery time.
This is the first time I have used creatine in a tablet
form and I've had pretty decent results from using it so far. I'm in
my seventh week of doing Insanity Max: 30 and during this time I've
also been lifting some light weights; though I did hit sort of a
brick wall a few weeks ago when I became fatigued. That is when I
started taking the creatine tablets 30 minutes before my workouts. I
noticed my endurance and recovery time increased after the first dose.
Overall, I'm impressed with the CRUSCH: Ultimate Tri-Phase Creatine
and I recommend it to others.
The CRUSCH: Ultimate Tri-Phase Creatine is currently on sale for $25.95 on Amazon.com.
