As many of my readers already know, I have been trying to get myself into shape this year, but the road has been a rocky one. Since I started a new workout program this week, I thought it would be a good time for me to try the 5-Day Kit. My first thought was to start the program today, but with tomorrow being the 4th I thought it would be best if I start it on Friday.
The kit is jam-packed with fifteen entries and five desserts.
Breakfast:

- Double Chocolate Muffin
- Cinnamon Bun Bar
Lunch:
- Red Beans & Rice
- Cheesy Potatoes Mix

The free meal plan lists Powerfuels, Smartcarbs, Vegetables, and Optional Extras that I can add to each meal and for the two daily snacks. One of the Extras is unlimited black coffee, which is a plus for me as I love my coffee.

Unfortunately, I haven't, but I'm on my own weight loss quest. The one thing I wouldn't be able to stick to would be black coffee - my total undoing - I MUST have sugar and cream!
