Billy's Answer
I don't have a specific "Halloween" book to read this year because I have too many other books that I need to read. Though, if I did have a Halloween read this year, it would be either The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson or Rosemary's Baby by Ira Levin, two of my favorite horror novels.

It is hard to fill in those favorite seasonal reads when there are so many new books calling your name, isn't there?
ReplyDeleteOoh nice! I still need to read The Haunting of Hill House one of these days! I remember watching the Vincent Price movie as a kid. It terrified me, lol! I might have been a touch too young even though it was probably goofy by today's standards!

I keep telling myself I need to read The Haunting of Hill House and it keeps not happening. Maybe this year will be the year. Have a great weekend. - Katie
ReplyDeleteOctober is a heavy arc month for me so I only read a handful of spooky books. Happy weekend!
