It’s Time for the Protests to Stop and for Us to Support Israel! — [Giveaway]

I never discuss politics on this blog because of fear of left-wing trolls and crazy people leaving nasty comments. Although I do not entirely favor the current Republican presidential candidate or President Biden, two of the worst US presidents ever, my views tend to lean right. Look at what he has done: the rate of inflation has shot through the roof, the US is shelling out trillions of dollars to finance the war in Ukraine against Russia, and the border with Mexico is in disarray. And then there is Israel, where, based on his audience and approval ratings, Biden keeps wavering between endorsing and criticizing anti-Israel demonstrations.

I'm encouraging everyone to sign an anti-rioting online petition and support Israel today! Sign the anti-rioting petition and support Israel today!

The left controls a sizable portion of the media, and they frequently manipulate the news to support their political viewpoint. The falsehoods and criticism of Israel by the media must end. They must start exposing the truth about the anti-Israel protests on our college campuses.

Graduating students from George Washington University stormed out of the ceremony to protest Israel. Graduates at George Washington University walked out of the commencement ceremony on Sunday, disrupting President Ellen Granberg's speech. They were protesting the ongoing war in Gaza and the recent clearing of an on-campus protest encampment, which involved police use of pepper spray and arrests. (Read more about this incident here.)

Harvard prevents twelve anti-Israel protestors from graduating at commencement. According to the Harvard Crimson, the Harvard College Administrative Board has prevented twelve graduates from receiving their diplomas at graduation. Additionally, at least one senior will have to withdraw for at least three semesters. Two of the twelve seniors were among the five suspended students forced to leave Harvard College. (Read more about this incident here.)

In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at least 75 anti-Israel protestors set up camp at Drexel University. According to the president, there are "understandable concerns" over campus safety generated by the encampment.  (Read more about this incident here.

"Biden is trying to "Have Both Sides" on the Israel-Hamas War, "On Sunday's episode of CNN's "State of the Union," Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) said that President Joe Biden was attempting to hear from "both sides" of the Israel-Hamas conflict.  (Read more here.)

As a recognized terrorist group, Hamas takes advantage of Gaza's residential areas by utilizing them as bases from which to launch rocket assaults against Israeli residents. All types of terrorism must be denounced by the international community, and those who employ violence against civilians for political ends must be held accountable.

Israel has consistently stated that it is eager to communicate with the Palestinians and hold negotiations to achieve a wave of sustainable peace. Nevertheless, for there to be peace, there must be a sincere desire on both sides to acknowledge the legitimacy of every person and to hold fruitful discussions free from terrorism or acts of violence.

There are historical, theological, and geopolitical aspects to the complicated situation in the Middle East. It is critical to recognize the complexity of the conflict, steering clear of simplistic or biased accounts that fail to understand the larger picture.

It is imperative to address the underlying causes of the conflict to establish lasting peace, which include terrorism, incitement to violence, and denial of Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state. Encouraging a transition toward education for coexistence and mutual respect is critical to building long-term peace.

  1. I'm a lefty who doesn't like biden and supports israel, but I'm sorry I cant support your petition. Those students have a fundamental right to protest in the US, and private properties have a right to say do it but not here, and authorities have the right to disseminate appropriate consequences for protestors who are violating the law....Riots aren't the same as protests, its what happens when protests stop being peaceful... I suppose you'll call me a troll now, but there it is.

  2. In complete agreement with you. We need adults to show was true leadership is, including have the conversations about the long history of the region and how complicated it is.

But how anyone can deny or defend what happened on Oct 7th is beyond me.

  3. I pray for Israel daily. I 100% believe in their right to defend themselves after the horrific occurances on Oct 7th. However, the students have a right to peacefully protest as long as they stay within the rules and do NOT harass the Jewish students or otherwise cause violence or break the laws.
