{Sunday Post} — The Cabin at the End of the World, 2061: Odyssey Three, andThe Witches

The Caffeinated Book Reviewer's Kimberly hosts a weekly meme called "The Sunday Post"!

Since I'm running a little late with this post today, I don't have time to write any "weekly tidbits.

What Am I Currently Reading?

I recently put a bookmark in Preston and Child's The Cabinet of Dr. Leng. This week, I'll be reading it along with Robb Pearlman's Star Trek: Prodigy: Supernova and Cassandra Rose Clarke's Star Trek: Prodigy: A Dangerous Trade

What's in the Mail?

The only things I received in the mail this past week were two paperback books I bought on eBay: The Witches by Peter Curtis and The Revenge of Frankenstein by Shaun Hutson.

What's New on the Shelf?

On Monday, I went to the one and only antique shop in my town and paid $1 for a paperback edition of Arthur C. Clarke's 2061: Odyssey Three. All that's left for me to finish the series is the first book, 2001: A Space Odyssey. I bought Paul Tremblay's The Cabin at the End of the World and James Patterson's 3 Days to Live sometime during the week. I neglected to mention last week that I got Carole Johnstone's paperback novel, Mirrorland

  1. I love Halocene. and ooh 2061. I liked 2010 (the movie) but haven't read any of the books other than 2001.
